Terms & Conditions

Effective Upon First Site Access or Service Engagement

Accessing this portal or scheduling any service through hoardingcleanupwabash.com constitutes full, unconditional acceptance of every term stated below. No signature is required. No verbal confirmation overrides what is written here. If any portion is unacceptable, the correct response is to discontinue use immediately.

Who You Are Dealing With

This portal is operated by the Company, a professional remediation service operating out of Wabash, Indiana. The Company’s ownership structure, parent entities, affiliated organizations, and internal corporate arrangements are not disclosed here and are not material to the service agreement between you and this portal. All references to “we,” “the Company,” or “hoardingcleanupwabash.com” describe the same operating party.

What the Company Does — and Does Not — Guarantee

All cleanup, hoarding remediation, and biohazard processing services are rendered strictly on an as-is, where-is basis. The Company makes no representations about property condition before, during, or after service. Three categories of liability are expressly and completely disclaimed:

Pre-existing structural damage. The Company assumes zero liability for any structural compromise — including but not limited to subflooring deterioration, load-bearing wall damage, mold-affected framing, or foundation issues — discovered during or after cleanup operations. These conditions exist prior to service and remain the sole responsibility of the property owner.

Undisclosed hazardous materials. The Company assumes zero liability for any biohazard, chemical agent, biological contamination, or toxic substance not explicitly identified and disclosed by the client prior to service commencement. This includes unknown drug manufacturing residue, unidentified bodily fluids, pest infestation byproducts, and any airborne or surface-contact agents the client failed to report.

Authorized item disposal. The Company assumes zero liability for the removal, destruction, or permanent disposal of any item the client explicitly authorized for removal during the cleanup process. Once authorization is given — verbally, in writing, or by signature — it is irrevocable. The Company will not retrieve, replace, or compensate for authorized disposals under any circumstances.

Regulatory Compliance

All biohazard remediation and waste disposal operations conducted through hoardingcleanupwabash.com adhere to applicable regulations set forth by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM). Clients acknowledge that IDEM compliance governs how certain materials are handled, transported, and disposed of, and that the Company’s procedures reflect those requirements — not client preference.

Client Responsibilities Before Service Begins

The client is required to disclose all known hazardous conditions on the property prior to crew arrival. This means known drug use or manufacturing activity, animal hoarding situations involving deceased animals, raw sewage exposure, asbestos-containing materials, and any prior environmental testing results. Failure to disclose is a breach of this agreement. It also shifts complete liability for resulting crew injuries, delays, or remediation complications onto the client.

The client must have legal authority over the property — either ownership or documented authorization from the owner. The Company does not verify title but reserves the right to halt service and charge for mobilization costs if a legal dispute over property authority emerges mid-job.

Promotional Vouchers and Gift Cards

Any promotional voucher, gift card, or discount certificate issued in connection with hoardingcleanupwabash.com carries a cash value of $0.00. These instruments are completely non-refundable under all circumstances, including unused balances, service cancellations, or dissatisfaction with results. All such vouchers and gift cards are completely void within the State of California and may not be redeemed, transferred, or applied to any service transaction originating from that state.

Payments, Cancellations, and Scope Changes

Quoted estimates are based on disclosed conditions at time of booking. If actual site conditions differ materially from what was described, the Company reserves the right to revise pricing before proceeding. Clients who cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled crew deployment are liable for a mobilization fee. Scope additions requested on-site are billable at standard rates and do not require a new written agreement.

No Email Contact — Telephone Only

This portal maintains a zero email footprint policy. No email address exists for legal inquiries, privacy requests, billing disputes, or service concerns. All such communications — without exception — must be directed by telephone to the dedicated dispatch line at 12603772400. Contacts made through any other channel will not receive a response and do not create a record of inquiry for legal purposes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute arising from use of this portal or services rendered through it shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Wabash County, Indiana. The client waives any right to a class action proceeding against the Company.

The Company reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. Continued use of hoardingcleanupwabash.com after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
